Friday I enjoyed a nice lunch with a friend from work at the Sears Tower. To our surprise a salsa band was playing. we quickly agreed to take our food to outside anwatch the people dance.

Doggie Lick

I was talking to a coworker the other day as she showed me a blog for her dog. I think I might just start one for Charlie as well. Now that the summer is here Charlie and I go out a bit more and he still is a willing model to pose for my many pictures like the one here. I think Charlie saw a squirrel across the street and contemplated how yummy it would be to chase it. Don't worry no squirrels were harmed in the making of this blog.

Gooooal!

Little league soccer has begun. I think it's great for my nephew. He always has so much energy and gets himself in trouble around the house. Now he can release some of that high energy on the field with other kids his age. My brother-in-law sent me these clips from his first practice session. I wish I could have been there. He was pretty good at it, with the exception of his fall shown in the second clip :)

You may think it's pretty mean of me to post the second clip, I admit it probably is just a little bit, but I think it's pretty cute. Enjoy...
